2024 Annual Report

As 2024 comes to a close, it is exciting to have been a part of the continued transition within TGCC. Most notably, at the prompting of our Corporate Council members, TGCC now represents a more regional organization through being rebranded as the Tri-State Growth and Commerce Coalition.

As a result of our efforts, major funding and investments were secured to drive regional growth and development.

Amazon Green Energy: A $200 million project with Competitive Power Ventures (CPV) Backbone Solar Farm Project in Garrett County
Downtown Cumberland Historic City Center: $17 Million Initiative
JARI Growth Fund: $1.8 million awarded by the Appalachian Regional Commission (ARC) to enhance entrepreneurship.

2023 Annual Report

As we celebrate another incredible year for TGCC and the I-68 Region, we are thankful for the partnerships and collaborations that we’ve built and fostered. These relationships have produced key initiatives and leveraged critical investments, important to TGCC and the entire region.

$136 Million committed by PennDOT to complete final design and right-of-way acquisition for US 219
TGCC and FSU collectively raised $1.4 Million to support the creation of FSU’s Outdoor Recreation Economy Institute.
$25 Thousand from the Appalachian Regional Commission to support capacity building and execute a marketing & communications plan through ARC’ s READY Nonprofits

2022 Annual Report

As we celebrate our 22nd Anniversary, we are excited to share what we’ve accomplished, what’s next, and to honor those incredible individuals whose vision, tenacity, courage and hours of hard work have allowed TGCC to advance the greater good in the tri-state region for two decades.
